Terms & Policies

Our goal at Sierra Touch Of Gold is to provide a relaxed, welcoming and organized atmosphere while providing the highest level of massage services to our customers. To ensure our goal of providing this level of service while accommodating the various needs of our guests, we require the following rules and policies.

cancellation policy

Guests may cancel or change the time of a booked Service provided that a minimum of 24-hours’ prior notice is given. Members will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no-show appointments. Please see our Services page for a full list of massage prices.

reservations

Reservations must be made either in person, online or over-the-phone. During peak or holiday times please book in advance as our facility often reaches capacity.

arrival times

To prepare for your treatment, please arrive approximately 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival results in a reduction of treatment time, ensuring the next appointment begins on time. 

electronic devices

Please be respectful of services taking place when you arrive. Use of cellular phones and electronic devices is allowed in the reception area only while in silent mode.
